Cause and Effect

This week we learned a new lesson that was Cause and Effect.

The teacher explained about words that signal this type of text.

And then the teacher assigned us to do all exercise.
We did it .The teacher gave corrective feedback. 
Next, the teacher explain to students to understood.

The exercise 2 was difficult I don't understood this exercise.

This I know how to used Cause and Effect . It was useful for me.

I think the words was difficult
So I arked to my friends and used translate application.
I used skimming, scanning, guessing the word meaning.


This lesson I intended and concentrated.

Week 9

Comparison and Contrast(continue)

This week we learned about Comparison and Contrast(continue)
The teacher assigned to read the text2 that was about Hurricane Andrew and Hurricane Katrina.

And next the teacher assigned us to highlight discourse markers of text2. The teacher She gave corrective feedback.

And the teacher explained us to highlight discourse marker.

Next, the teacher assigned to read the Men and Woman.
We read it. And we found similar and different.
I think it was difficult for me because the content was difficult.
And some words was a term I never knew.

So I intended to studies.

I think the text 2 was easy because the content was easy to understood.

I used skimming skill and scanning skill.

This week sometime I don't understood but I intend to listen to the teacher. The lesson helped me about how to read better.

Week 8

Procedure(continue) and Comparison and Contrast

This week we learned about Procedure(continue) and Comparison and Contrast.

The teacher assigned the students to read the text about how to use Campervan Toaster ( exercise 3 ).
And then we did it.
We did exercise 1-5
I think the exercise was easy because I can easy to understood.

After we learned a new lesson that was comparison and Contrast.
We read the purpose in sheet.

After that, the teacher assigned the student to read in the text ( Example 1 )
And then  we did it, she explained about comparison, contrast, discourse markers of comparison, discourse markers of contrast.

Next, the teacher assigned to read the example 2

-read each text and complete the diagram.



We read it and highlight discourse markers in the text 2.
And then we did the exercise.
I think  a new lesson was difficult because the content was difficult to understood.

I think the exercise of procedure was easy because content in text was easy and easy to read.


I think a new lesson that was Comparison and Contrast it was difficult.
And the words was difficult for me.
So I  intend to studies.


I used skimming skill and read faster.


My attitudes toward the lesson are happy to learnd and funny to learnd.
